Terms of Service
Effective: 2025
1. Membership
AURUM is an invitation-only private network. Membership requires application approval by AURUM administration and a one-time lifetime fee per tier. There are no subscriptions or renewals.
2. Verification & Truthfulness
All applicants must provide accurate identity and wealth verification documents. Knowingly providing false information results in permanent removal without refund.
3. Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of AURUM administration. Refunds, when granted, are processed through the original payment method.
4. Code of Conduct
Members shall not solicit fraudulently, share proprietary information without consent, share screenshots or member content outside AURUM, or harass other members. Violations result in suspension or permanent removal.
5. Prohibited Activities
Money laundering, sanctioned transactions, unlawful schemes, and any activity violating applicable law in the member’s jurisdiction are strictly forbidden.
6. Termination
AURUM may suspend or permanently remove any member for breach of these Terms. Membership is non-transferable.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction designated by AURUM administration. Disputes shall be resolved by confidential arbitration.
